Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and systems.

  • Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Organize paperwork after data entry to ensure it is not lost.

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

  • Respond to data requests and provide administrative support as required.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve data management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience:

Working Hours:
