Job Overview

Join the team of a rapidly growing Insurance Agency. Desiring candidates who are entrepreneurial minded. The Robert Kelly Agency? Insurance Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Gardner Kansas location. Position is 75% managing existing book of business and 25% selling new accounts. Base salary, plus Bonuses.

No prior experience is necessary but preferred. Pay based on experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance license with in 60 day of start date Paid training provided..

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Process policy changes including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements

Review coverages with clients and explain policy details in clear, simple terms

Assist producers/agents with quoting, applications, and new business submissions

Verify accuracy of applications, policy documents, and client information

Handle billing questions, payments, and follow-ups on past-due accounts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system

Respond to certificate of insurance (COI) requests and issue certificates promptly

Support claims process by reporting claims and providing status updates to clients

Follow up on renewals, remarketing opportunities, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities

Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures

Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve retent
