Job Description• Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies.• Review orders for lead-time, product availability, and adherence to order policies.• Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams when there are discrepancies or issues with product requirements or capabilities.• Represent the voice of the customer daily for the Sales and Marketing team.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to enhance service levels and provide Novolex with a competitive edge in the marketplace.• Gather and report data on key account relationships, offering insights on customer satisfaction and evolving requirements to the Sales and Marketing teams.
