CRM Strategist - Hubspot

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a CRM Strategist – HubSpot to help design, optimize, and scale CRM systems that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. They operate within the digital marketing and revenue operations space and have built a strong reputation over the past few years for delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to growing businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of HubSpot and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation and optimization projects aligned with client business and RevOps goals.

  • Own the configuration, structure, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations.

  • Design CRM architectures that support the full customer lifecycle, from lead acquisition through retention.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, and reporting.

  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy, keeping ROI and client outcomes as a top priority.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.

  • Identify strategic opportunities to expand project scope and recommend complementary services when appropriate.

  • Stay informed on HubSpot product updates, industry trends, and best practices to keep client solutions future-ready.

  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term scalability and team knowledge sharing.

  • Mentor CRM Specialists and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing solutions within the HubSpot platform.

  • Proven experience leading HubSpot or CRM implementation projects in a strategic role.

  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, data modeling, and reporting.

  • Experience working with integrations, data mapping, and CRM migrations at a strategic level.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of RevOps concepts across marketing, sales, and customer success.

  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, client-facing environments.

  • HubSpot certifications preferred or willingness to obtain (Trainer, Marketing, Sales, Service, RevOps).

  • Focus on execution-driven profiles with a hands-on, task-oriented mindset, rather than individuals primarily oriented toward high-level strategy or client-facing responsibilities.
