This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a CRM Strategist – HubSpot to help design, optimize, and scale CRM systems that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of HubSpot and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Lead large-scale HubSpot implementation and optimization projects aligned with client business and RevOps goals. Own the configuration, structure, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. Design CRM architectures that support the full customer lifecycle, from lead acquisition through retention. Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, and reporting. Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy, keeping ROI and client outcomes as a top priority.
