An established Downtown Los Angeles newspaper and entertainment publication is seeking a reliable Business Support VA to assist with advertiser outreach, scripted email and Instagram messaging, follow-up communication, and contact administration. The company publishes recurring themed issues and advertising campaigns. The VA will contact local businesses using established scripts, help interested businesses receive campaign information, and follow up regarding participation. This is a process-driven written outreach position, not a cold-calling, advertising-design, or advanced sales role. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
