You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.  OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Global Brand Paid Social to support the planning, execution, and optimization of Crocs’ global paid brand social campaigns. This role will focus on creative trafficking, campaign coordination, and operational support across paid social platforms and global markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong interest in paid social media, digital platforms, and brand storytelling. They bring precision, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership to their work. They ensure paid social initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with global brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of global paid brand social campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social channels.
  • Assist the social advertising team with campaign setup inputs, including creative specs, asset naming conventions, flighting details, and tracking requirements.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff from strategy to activation, helping campaigns launch on time and run as planned.
  • Own the trafficking of creative assets for paid social campaigns, ensuring correct formatting, platform specifications, timelines, and versioning across regions.
  • Coordinate closely with Creative, Integrated Marketing and Media to ensure timely delivery of assets aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Maintain creative QA standards, ensuring assets meet brand guidelines, platform requirements, and localization needs across global markets.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal team members and external partners for paid social asset delivery, timelines, and feedback routing.
  • Participate in campaign kickoff calls to align on asset needs, deadlines, and platform requirements.
  • Support communication across NA, EMEA, and APAC teams to help ensure regional clarity and executional consistency.
  • Build and maintain global paid social trackers, asset lists, and campaign documentation to ensure visibility and transparency across teams and markets.
  • Assist in updating standard methodologies, trafficking workflows, and paid social process documentation as platforms and capabilities evolve.
  • Support reporting preparation by helping prioritize campaign inputs, creative rotations, and performance notes.
  • Stay curious about the paid social landscape, including new ad formats, content developed by creators, and platform innovations.
  • Learn how paid social supports brand awareness, consideration, and new customer growth within an integrated marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a coordination, trafficking, production, or campaign execution role—preferably within paid social, digital media, creative, or brand marketing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns, assets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with comfort working cross-functionally and across time zones.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, asset management systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Interest in paid social platforms and understanding of media specs, file formats, and creative QA processes.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn — someone who takes pride in getting the details right.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
  • Passion operational efficiency with curiosity about how paid social drives brand impact.
  • Experience supporting paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with global or regional social platforms and localization workflows.
  • Interest in analytics, optimization, or long-term growth within paid media or brand social.
