Commis

Chef / Demi Chef de Partie (Growth Opportunity) We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie who is eager to grow and develop their career within a dynamic hotel environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional with ambition and a long-term vision, looking to progress both within our hotel and across Marriott International. Due to the size and structure of our restaurant, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to work across different kitchen sections, gaining a broad and valuable culinary experience and developing a well-rounded skill set.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards and recipes. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation in all food items. Monitor stock levels and support inventory and cost control processes.

Vocational training in Culinary Arts, preferably Intermediate or Advanced Level (Technician in Kitchen or equivalent). Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.

experience with buffet or breakfast service is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Spanish required; basic English is a plus. This company is an equal opportunity employer.
