Contract Paid Media (Social) Planner

<p><strong>Project Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Social House, Inc. is seeking an experienced independent contractor to support paid media projects with a primary focus on performance-driven social advertising campaigns. The contractor will provide expert-level services in strategy development, campaign management, performance optimization, and reporting across major paid social platforms. The ideal contractor will bring a track record of data-informed insights and creative collaboration that enhance campaign performance aligned with client objectives.</p><p>This is an ongoing, project-based engagement. Contractor will operate independently and is responsible for determining the means and methods of completing project deliverables. Compensation will be on an hourly basis within a defined range.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Scope of Services</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The contractor may be engaged to deliver services that include but are not limited to the following:</p><p><strong>Paid Media Planning and Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Independently research, plan, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot paid social campaigns.</li><li>Analyze media performance and provide strategic recommendations based on performance data.</li><li>Define growth opportunities aligned with client business goals across multiple paid media accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with internal strategy and content teams to inform creative performance insights and rollout recommendations.</li><li>Track media budgets and prepare media spend documentation for internal financial reporting.</li><li>Provide campaign attribution analysis and develop reports on cross-channel performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Data, Analytics, and Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and refine first-party audience segmentation strategies.</li><li>Recommend automation tools and platforms to improve reporting efficiency.</li><li>Generate and distribute campaign dashboards with actionable insights tied to defined KPIs.</li><li>Maintain and evolve reporting processes and performance benchmarks.</li><li>Conduct competitor research and track social ad industry trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Advisory and Thought Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Share Paid Media expertise with team members or clients as needed during collaborative meetings.</li><li>Advise on platform updates, creative trends, and new technology relevant to campaign execution.</li><li>Help document and streamline paid media practices, tools, and processes where appropriate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Technical Requirements</strong></p><p>Contractor should meet the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in digital paid media strategy, implementation, and analytics.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and all major social ad platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of conversion goals, pixel tracking, ROAS, MER, and other performance metrics.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Asana.</li><li>Proven ability to independently manage large-scale budgets and report on outcomes.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Excel, dashboarding tools, and public APIs.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into client-friendly insights.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Engagement Details</strong></p><ul><li>Engagement Type: Independent Contractor </li><li>Estimated Duration: Project based or as defined in individual Statements of Work</li><li>Location: Remote</li><li>Industries Served: Marketing and Advertising (Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Tech)</li></ul>
