The program's mission is to ensure the intended audience receives timely, accurate, and accessible information about the programs, services, and policies that affect them — with content and platforms built to scale, adapt to changing needs, and hold up to federal compliance and security standards.<br><br>The Content Strategist / Information Architect shapes how content is planned, structured, and organized across the program's public-facing websites and applications so that users can find, understand, and act on information efficiently. This role guides content strategy across its full lifecycle, from audience research and planning through development, ongoing management, governance, and publishing, while contributing information-architecture expertise to usability testing, content governance, and search discoverability.<br><br>This is a full-time position contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of one year with two one-year option periods.
