About The Role We are looking for a subject matter expert in US payroll and tax compliance. In this role, you will work directly with our R&D teams to define and pressure test software requirements for Rippling’s US payroll product and internal tooling. Additionally, you will drive key compliance processes such as account audits, regulatory requirements documentation, and collaboration with Rippling’s Tax Operations team. You will serve alongside our small but mighty Payroll Compliance team whose objective is to ensure that Rippling’s payroll and tax systems remain best-in-class and compliant with changing tax laws across the nation. What You Will Do <ul><li>Define product requirements to meet both existing and new payroll / tax regulatory changes</li><li>Define and execute audit processes to validate payroll calculations and ensure compliance of Rippling’s payroll system</li><li>Document and communicate regulatory requirements and changes to internal stakeholders; think of yourself as a resident expert in payroll and tax compliance within Rippling.
