This work monitors, controls, and communicates facilities such as fire dispatch and signal systems; fire, police, and other private City telephone systems, and associated equipment; and does related work. Incumbents receive evaluations periodically as the training progresses to ensure performance milestones are met and critical competencies are assessed.
