<p><strong>CNC Manufacturing Estimator/Engineer</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p><span>Seeking CNC Manufacturing Estimator / Engineer who can profitably turn raw materials into finished components for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) serving industrial, medical, and military applications.</span></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><p><span>· Estimate costs across CNC milling, turning, sheet metal, welding, plating, and finishing processes</span></p><p><span>· Collaborate with Sales and Management to develop competitive bids</span></p><p><span>· Review customer contracts, define lead times, and guide Production Planning</span></p><p><span>· Design efficient manufacturing sequences and maintain process documentation</span></p><p><span>· Lead Quality Assurance to meet customer specs, including FAI/AS9102 requirements</span></p><p><span>· Drive continuous improvement and manage equipment maintenance</span></p><p><span>· Integrate manufacturing processes with ERP and IT systems</span></p><p><span>You'll thrive here if you:</span></p><p><span>· Can translate complex specs into profitable production plans</span></p><p><span>· Communicate well across teams and take initiative</span></p><p><span>· Are open to modernizing legacy systems without disrupting daily operations</span></p><p><span>Aero Precision Products, Inc is a family owned, AS9100 certified, Nadcap (Chemical Processing) accredited precision machine shop and sheet metal fabrication manufacturing facility.
