This role is ideal for a clinically licensed professional with a strong background in value-based care and a passion for process improvement and creative problem-solving. This full-time remote position (U.S.-based). You’ll support client-facing consulting engagements and collaborate internally with product, marketing, sales, support, and client experience teams to ensure that our customers are equipped to thrive in their care management practices. You'll be collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Client Experience teams and will report to the Clinical Operations Manager. While you don’t need to be a software expert coming in, you’ll receive training on the ThoroughCare platform and will be encouraged to use it in innovative ways to support operational efficiency. This position plays a supporting role in consulting engagements and internal initiatives, making it a great opportunity for clinicians looking to grow in health tech and healthcare consulting. What you'll do

  • Contribute to and execute clinical consulting engagements by assessing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing creative, evidence-informed solutions using the ThoroughCare platform
  • Guide clients in implementing and optimizing care management programs (CCM, RPM, BHI, TCM, etc.)
  • Assist in developing clinical best practices, documentation guidelines, and internal process improvements
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide clinical insights and feedback during feature development and testing
  • Support training and education for clients around documentation quality, care planning, time tracking, and patient engagement
  • Analyze program performance data and contribute to recommendations that improve efficiency, compliance, and outcomes
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives that support clinical strategy and long-term client success
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (nursing, public health, health informatics, or related field)
  • Active clinical license (RN, LCSW, OT, PT, or similar)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in value-based care models
  • Familiarity with CMS care management programs, including CCM, RPM, BHI, TCM, and AWV.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting quality improvement initiatives such as chart audits, training initiatives etc.
  • A creative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to bridge strategic goals with real-world clinical workflows
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence working in a collaborative, client-facing environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and/or healthcare SaaS products
  • Experience with care coordination or clinical documentation for chronic care populations
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare technology setting
