Client Experience, Business Strategy Manager

<p>Understand, document, and handle the repository of voice of the client and field feedback. Build relationships with key team members to see opportunities for collaboration. Coordinate the activation of client solutions with business partners. Execute on the client experience strategy, leading and supporting international CE projects with cross-functional partners, including channel organizations (branch network, service centers, schwab.com), project management, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance. Maintain a keen understanding and awareness of our international product offerings, and the outside factors that might influence them. Serve as a liaison between the department and Digital/Policy/Integration/Field teams for client experience, and keep both teams informed with project updates and pivotal initiatives.</p><p>Charles Schwab is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
