- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Cisco Unified Communications Umgebungen per Remote-Zugriff

- Fehleranalyse und Entstörung von angebundenen Third-Party-Applikationen
- Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten, Workarounds und Handlungsempfehlungen für Kunden und Servicetechniker vor Ort
- Steuerung und Betreuung technischer Eskalationen gegenüber Herstellern
- Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Rahmen bestehender Serviceverträge
- Planung und Umsetzung von Standard- sowie Non-Standard-Changes inklusive Qualitätssicherung

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
