As a Branch Operations Manager with PNC, your main responsibility will be overseeing a retail banking branch to enhance revenue generation, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and uphold operational efficiency. Your duties will include setting branch objectives, nurturing your team, and guaranteeing a distinctive customer journey through various banking platforms.

Qualifications:
