As the entry point to our care team, you set the tone for a member’s entire journey. Responsibilities include welcoming families, conducting their critical first visit, educating them on our services, and completing initial intake. Once you have successfully enrolled, scheduled, and completed the first visit with the member, you will seamlessly pass them to their designated Maternity Navigator for ongoing care and support.Work Schedule:This role is expected to work the following schedule (paid hourly):<ul><li>Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm ET</li><li>Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00am-8:00pm ET</li></ul>This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Care Delivery.
