Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing HCUS projects from initiation to completion
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Monitor and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely progress
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between internal HCUS teams and customers to clarify requirements and expectations
- Prepare and distribute regular project updates, reports, and documentation
- Facilitate meetings, including team check-ins and progress reviews, ensuring actionable outcomes for the completion of projects
- Work closely with management to identify potential risks and issues during project execution
- Assist management in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address challenges
- Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of experience in project management or coordination, preferred. Internship experience is acceptable.
- Experience in Healthcare or technology environment is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to focus information is a plus

Physical requirements

- $71,611 - $95,093 salary + bonus opportunity (salary will vary based upon skill and experience)
