This role leads all RTX project managers (direct reports and not) across GEC projects. This leader is adept at engaging stakeholders to achieve program success. Success requires the ability to balance applying program management standardization and best practices with the flexibility to accommodate operational models across business units. This leader develops an overall program roadmap with critical milestones that fully addresses the technical and business requirements. The role reports to the Exec Dir for Enterprise Applications Compliance Programs and serves as the primary focal for all GEC projects. What You Will Do: • Develops a comprehensive roadmap aligned with the short term and long-term objectives • Communicate the program and vision to stakeholders.
