font-weight: bold">What You'll Do<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">As an Appointment Setter, you will:<br></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Make outbound calls to prospective customers</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Build rapport and generate interest in NexGen Steel's Relationship Manager Program</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Qualify leads using company guidelines</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Pre-close prospects and schedule appointments for Relationship Managers</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Respond to inbound inquiries as assigned</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Reschedule appointments when necessary</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Accurately document customer interactions and notes in our CRM</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain detailed records to ensure a smooth handoff to the Relationship Manager</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain professionalism and exceptional call quality on every interaction<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;
