Our answering service operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and we pride ourselves on being the calm and professional voice on the line whenever we’re needed. We’re looking for agents who are detail-oriented, patient, and capable of supporting callers with professionalism and compassion—especially in urgent or emotional situations. You must be comfortable working on a computer, navigating software, and typing accurately during live calls. Job Duties • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, assess caller needs, verify and gather necessary information. • Engage in active listening and practice empathy; confirm and clarify details as needed, including supporting callers in destress. • Accurately create electronic messages, dispatch calls according to client instructions, and document all relevant activity. • Adhere to established quality standards and guidelines to maintain high service levels. • Understand and strive to meet or exceed performance metrics while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
