First point of contact post sale for Reveal and Fleet Implementations for the Government, Enterprise/Strategic, Mid Market and SMB Business Markets ensuring the value proposition of Verizon Connect is delivered to the customer by aligning expectations and creating a comprehensive onboarding plan Implement core and ancillary products through a structured process to ensure smooth setup, client adoption, and an effortless client experience Validate proper product mix, ensuring hardware and software features sets are compatible with the client’s assets Main escalation point during onboarding, and mid-lifecycle engagements, responsible for facilitating quick resolution Subject matter expert for key functionality providing clients best practices on how to maximize value and return on investment Utilize all resources, including paid resources such as field support technicians, to care for timely resolution Ensure installations are scheduled and executed in a timely manner Accountable for the successful completion of deployment engagements inline with internal and customer-defined success criteria Responsible for documenting all customer interactions in any applicable VZC systems to ensure transparency between customer and internal teams. Proactively coordinate with cross-functional business partners to solve escalations and ensure efficient implementation of processes. What we’re looking for... Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: \$59,000.00 - \$96,000.00.

Responsibilities
