Amazon Seller Central Consultant (Mentor / Troubleshooting Focus)

We are an established industrial valve distributor with an existing Amazon Seller Central account and Brand Registry. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central consultant to help us troubleshoot complex catalog and account issues and train our internal e-commerce team.

We regularly encounter issues such as variation listing problems (parent/child ASIN relationships), listing suppressions, Brand Registry questions, catalog errors (splits/merges), and Seller Central case escalations. These issues often require deeper Amazon system knowledge than we currently have internally.

The goal of this role is not account management or outsourcing our Amazon operations. We want to keep Amazon fully in-house while working with an expert who can provide guidance, troubleshooting support, and training.

Engagement would include weekly or bi-weekly Zoom calls, screen-share troubleshooting sessions, and help building internal processes/SOPs so our team can become more self-sufficient over time.
