Job Summary

Aetna is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
