As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with clients—ensuring they’re fully supported, informed, and maximizing the value of our platform. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and even Product to share customer feedback and shape the future of our offering.</p> <p>Our clients range from solo operators to growing travel companies, so adaptability and communication are key. A big part of your day-to-day will include answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features. If you love building trust and solving problems, this is a great fit.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>We are looking for a Small Business Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio of small business customers using a digital-scaled, one-to-many engagement model. Your main focus will be activating new and existing accounts through proactive outreach (including a high volume of cold calls), driving adoption of key features, and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to amplify the voice of the customer and ensure an exceptional client experience at scale.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of 2,000+ small business accounts using a one-to-many model.<br /> Drive product activation and adoption through cold calling, targeted campaigns, automated sequences, webinars, and trainings.<br /> Proactively identify accounts with growth potential, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the Small Business Team Lead to drive expansion.<br /> Monitor account health at scale, analyzing trends to surface risks and opportunities.<br /> Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy.</p> <p>Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply</p> <p>You Should Apply If You</p> <p>Are fluent in English (other languages are a plus—be sure to list them in your resume).<br /> Have excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.<br /> Have strong interpersonal and customer service instincts.<br /> Have passion for helping small businesses succeed and delivering customer value at scale.<br /> Have 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success.<br /> Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze account performance and take action quickly.<br /> Are a natural multitasker who can manage multiple clients and needs at once.<br /> Are solutions-oriented and calm under pressure.
