Account Manager, Retail Partnerships
In this role, you will work with leadership to achieve retail partnership and deployment goals while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, business, legal and regulatory teams. What You'll Do
- Support Tesla’s residential energy products growth by managing and expanding retail partnership opportunities in domestic and international markets by leading retail readiness, go to market and item creation for retail accounts globally

Partner on account onboarding, collaboration activities such as pilots, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue

Retaining and growing the value of accounts

Act as an extreme owner of assigned retail accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identifying and successfully communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risks

Collecting, communicating and championing customer feedback to internally influence and steer programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow retail business in support of overall Tesla’s residential energy product’s business goals

Delivering impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues

Manage virtual and in-store brand presence at retail by partnering on marketing initiatives and displays
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years working with customers to support a technical product or service
- 5+ years of retail sales experience or business development role
