We’re big on trust, clear communication, and delivering real results.</p> <p>Right now, we’re a tight-knit team &#8211; just me and a campaign builder in the Philippines &#8211; but we’re scaling quickly and have more demand than we can handle.</p> <p>I’ve been doing all the client management myself, on top of running the business, and it’s time to bring in someone who can really own our client relationships.</p> <p>If you love making clients happy, keeping things organised, and being part of a business that’s going places, you’ll feel right at home here!</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s confident, organised, and passionate about helping clients succeed.</p> <p>You’ll be the friendly and reliable face of our agency, managing relationships and making sure our clients stick around for the long run.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <p>🌟 Act as the main point of contact for our clients &#8211; respond quickly and professionally to all requests</p> <p>🚀 Run client onboarding and guide new clients through our process</p> <p>📞 Schedule and lead monthly strategy calls, including agendas and follow-ups</p> <p>🧠 Keep clients focused on their GTM strategy with helpful reminders and nudges</p> <p>🤝 Build strong client relationships and become their go-to contact</p> <p>📊 Review campaign performance and present reports with useful insights</p> <p>📅 Coordinate with the internal team to make sure everything runs on time</p> <p>💡 Spot upsell opportunities and support client growth</p> <p>📈 Track client retention, satisfaction, and growth KPIs</p> <p>You’ll be a great fit if you&#8217;re a naturally positive person who makes people feel good about working with us. Ideally from 8 am to 5 pm UK time or 9 am to 6 pm UK time.</p> <p>About you</p> <p>You’ll thrive in this role if you have:</p> <p>✅3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a marketing agency or similar environment (outbound agency or sales consultancy).</p> <p>✅Hands-on experience with outbound marketing, lead generation, or business development strategies</p> <p>✅Ability to forge strong client relationships, taking a strategic view to managing, retaining and growing accounts</p> <p>✅Strong communication skills &#8211; clear, friendly, and professional.</p> <p>✅Organised and great at managing your time</p> <p>✅Confident in meetings and presenting data</p> <p>✅Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines</p> <p>✅Proactive problem-solver who tackles issues early</p> <p>✅Independent, reliable, and truly cares about helping others</p> <p>✅High levels of written English and excellent communication skills</p> <p>✅Willingness to learn new processes and optimise them</p> <p>Brownie points for:</p> <p>⭐ Experience with outbound marketing (cold email, LinkedIn outreach)</p> <p>⭐ Familiar with remote agency work</p> <p>⭐ Know your way around CRMs, campaign tools, or project management software</p> <p>⭐ Commercially savvy &#8211; you understand what matters to business owners</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>What’s in it for you?</p> <p>💰 Salary : £2000 – £2500 per month</p> <p>🕒 Full-time: Fully remote role</p> <p>🏝️ Paid Time Off: 20 days paid holiday + bank holidays</p> <p>🤒 Sick Days: 5 paid days per year.</p> <p>*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
