<p>Job Summary<br>An Oracle Technical Consultant the candidate should have a strong understanding of either Oracle HCM/Payroll systems or ERP systems, along with programming skills to effectively develop and maintain fast formulas or reports or integrations or Conversions. The responsibilities can include: </p> <p><br>1.  Implementation and Customizations<br>•    Customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules based on client requirements.<br>•    Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into system customizations.<br>2.  Integration Development<br>•    Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, time tracking).<br>•    Utilize tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for seamless data exchange.<br>•    Ready to learn tools within the organization <br>3. Reports and Fast Formula Development: <br>•    Design and implement fast formulas to meet the client requirements<br>•    Design and implement reports to meet the client requirements.     <br>4. Data Migration<br>•    Plan and execute the migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP<br>•    Ensure data integrity and validation during the migration process.<br>5. Testing and Quality Assurance<br>•    Conduct various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<br>•    Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.<br>6. Documentation and Training<br>•    Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.<br>•    Provide training sessions to HR personnel and other stakeholders on system usage.<br>7. Support and Maintenance<br>•    Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system post-implementation.<br>•    Troubleshoot issues, implement patches, and ensure the system remains up to date.<br>8. Collaboration and Communication<br>•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to align technical solutions with business needs.<br>•    Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.<br>9.
